Villa 4You is a modern holiday home, newly built in 2016, in a quiet yet central location on the edge of the forest in the heart of Sellin and close to the famous Wilhelmstraße. The picturesque pier with the popular main beach of the Baltic seaside resort can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes and the family-friendly south beach in approx. 15 minutes.
As multifaceted and charming as the island itself, Villa 4You is the perfect place to stay. The very modern cube-shaped building with an open-plan design is spread over two spacious levels with a living space of over 250 square metres. A special highlight is the garden and the large surrounding wooden terrace with an area of 70 square metres, which invites you to relax.
On the upper floor is the generously proportioned comfort kitchen with a kitchen block of over 4 metres, equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, a combi-steamer/microwave/stove combination, an induction cooker with 8 hobs, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen can seat up to 12 people at the dining table. The living area is equipped with a TV and DVD player (including DVD collections), a stereo system with Dolby surround and a three-sided gas fireplace. Two comfortable shower rooms and a guest WC round off the exclusive impression of the flat.
The four bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed, all have a television and internet connection. One bedroom has direct access to the shower-bathroom. Two further bedrooms also offer space for a 3rd person with an additional extra bed. The fourth bedroom also has a cosy sitting area, as well as a kitchenette with a high table and a separate shower/bathroom.
The sunny south-facing wooden terrace with sun loungers and seating area continue the exclusive furnishings in the outdoor area and offer the opportunity to feel completely at ease. There is also a BBQ area in the designer garden.

In collaboration with an interior designer, the villa has been individually designed and carefully planned, using only high-quality materials and classic-modern shapes.
At the same time, the design has a calming effect. The colours and shapes reflect the nature of Rügen. The use of warm brown and beige tones is combined with grey and highlights in aqua and blue.
