To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these house rules. ✅ General Rules Check-in: From 3:00 PM (Access via smart lock – code will be provided before arrival). Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Late check-out fees apply). Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Only registered guests are allowed. No unregistered visitors. One small pet (under 10kg) is allowed. The pet must be well-behaved and not damage furniture. No parties, loud music, or events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the terrace (penalty applies). Respect neighbors – this is a residential building. 🍽 Kitchen & Cleaning Rules Wash and dry all dishes, utensils, and cookware after use. Do not leave food out to avoid pests. Dispose of trash in designated bins. Please separate recyclables if required. 🛏 Apartment Use & Security Do not move furniture or switch beds. Keep everything in its original place. Food is only allowed in the dining or kitchen area. Use coasters and placemats to protect surfaces. Always lock the door when leaving. Report any damages or issues immediately to avoid additional charges. Smart lock access: Keep your code private and do not share it with others. 🚨 Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or early cancellation of your stay.
