Guests will have private access to the entire apartment, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.
The apartment is part of a 4-unit complex, so some outdoor areas (such as the patio, yard, and driveway) may be shared with other guests, but your unit itself is completely private.
Parking: Each unit has a designated parking space in the front parking area, with room for up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is available if needed—please be mindful of neighbors and local parking guidelines.
Access is provided via a smart lock for easy self check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience.
We are available by phone or text and are just down the street if needed in person.

You’ll be just a short walk from the Seawall and beach, as well as several popular local favorites like Mosquito Café, Sunflower Bakery, and other nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The area is also conveniently close to UTMB, making it ideal for visiting professionals and families.
A quick drive takes you to the Historic Strand District, where you’ll find shopping, dining, and entertainment, along with attractions like Pleasure Pier and Moody Gardens.
The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and perfect for enjoying morning walks, bike rides, or simply soaking in the island atmosphere.
Most guests find it easiest to get around Galveston by car, and the property offers convenient on-site parking. The island is easy to navigate, with most major attractions just a short drive away.

• Parking: The City of Galveston allows a maximum of 2 vehicles per property. Please park in your designated parking spot in the parking area in front of the property.
• Stairs: There are a 12 steps up to the front door. Once inside, the home is on one level.
• Pet Policy: This home is pet-friendly, but we ask that pets are supervised and cleaned up after. Additional fees may apply.
• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries). For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional items.
• Beach Gear: Beach towels are provided. Chairs, umbrellas, and other gear can be easily rented nearby.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM – 7 AM.
• Smart TVs: TVs are equipped for streaming—feel free to log into your own accounts.
• Local Environment: Being on the island, you may occasionally encounter coastal wildlife (including insects). Routine pest control is in place.
• Weather: Coastal weather can change quickly—especially during summer months. Afternoon showers are common but usually pass quickly.
