Great for a family who will stay a while. Everything you could need, pots, pans, cookers, utensils, to cook. I did a frozen pizza. Great house and location. Last minute, afternoon booking day of check in, in Hot Springs on a Saturday. Grateful to find such a rare gem. Planned to use the cabana in the evening, but couldn't turn the lights on and there were no cushions on the outdoor furniture. Walked around the property and enjoyed the beauty, but the lake was extremely low and the outdoor area needed cleaning up (leaves - sticks - standing water - overgrowth on outbuilding). Would have loved to be able spend more time there, almost offered to help do some things so I could stay longer. Ha Ha! Host sent partial refund for outdoor issues and dirty bedding in one room. Would be glad to go back, and even help clean the place up if it meant a discounted stay. If the water was up, it would be an amazing lake getaway for sure. Very lovely and peaceful. Careful making worng turns
