About this property

Joanie's Farmhouse is a fully renovated farmhouse located on a private 20 acre waterfront farm on Lake Ontario. Enjoy your stay relaxing down at the lake (located down the lane), or touring the local restaurants, wineries, and breweries with friends and family.
Conveniently located, 10 minutes drive to the Glenora ferry bringing you to Prince Edward County or 25 minutes drive to Kingston.
Large lakefront located down the lane, next to the barn (walk or drive down!) has a dock, fire pit, chairs, and lots of space to gather. Please note that our area has an annual fire ban starting April 1st until at least May 15th. In 2025 the ban was lifted as of May 6.
We are close by should you need anything during your stay!
Please note, periodically you may see people on the property to access farm buildings or equipment.

    Catherine's home was lovely. The 20 acre farm was spacious with a beautiful dock on the lake. Inside, the house has been beautifully renovated while maintaining it's original farmhouse structure. We really enjoyed our time there!

    Wonderful place for quiet times in the country. All the best of a beautiful farmhouse with very pleasant amenities. Would love to come back in the summer to have a fire down by the water!

    Outstanding views from the house and from the waterfront. House was pristine clean. Very well maintained property. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location to hit everything Prince Edward County has to offer. I would love to stay here again!

    Great place for family and especially small children. It was like having our own waterfront park. Well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and found several farms nearby to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. I’d recommend this property to friends and family.

    Nice and relaxing space with beautiful surroundings. Very clean (spotless) and well-appointed. The hot tub was great. Highly recommended. The hosts were very responsive.
