The cottage is located in a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi in Sotkamo, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the proximity of the water.
This cottage, completed in 1950 and completely renovated in 2004, has an area of about 50 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. In the living room kitchen there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 people. The alcove has separate beds for two people, and the loft has separate beds for two people and mattresses for e.g. a child. The loft also has a child gate to ensure safety.
The cabin also has a sauna with an electric stove, a washroom and a toilet. The cottage's terrace and yard have beautiful views of Lake Nuasjärvi, and garden furniture and a gas grill are available in the yard.
In addition, a separate beach sauna, the use of which is included in the cottage rent, starting from week 8.
A 4G network works in the area, so communication and e.g. remote work are easy.
Ski trails 7 km (Vuokatti) starting from week 8 skitrail 100 m.
The snowmobile can be rented directly from the owner.
