At the end of the pier approx. 2 m, private beach, pier, and boat with an electric motor. In addition, there is a wooden boat shared with the neighbor. The boat is located on the border of the plots and can be used whenever it is free. The owner rents a motorboat with a 30 hp engine for an additional price.
