    The apartment was as advertised. It was comfortable, nice view on the balcony and easy to access. I’d recommend this place.

    Listing as described. Easy check in as host messaged instructions and code for door. We had stayed at The Tides building so knew what to expect. Great view from balcony.

    We had an excellent time. The location was beautiful and the apartment was just as described. Excellent pool and beach view from the balcony. Will be staying here again.

    great stay loved the views and place, FYI your ad is not accurate, there are not 2 king beds, 1 king and 1 double bed is accurate. Also, mention the fees charged by the condo organization, people appreciate transparency not surprises. The toilet does have a tendency to run, the chain is getting caught in the plunger, definitely will save on water long term. the beds, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable, shower was amazing. I understand it's a rental but a large center piece beach themed picture over the couch would give it so much more life. My Thoughts...

    Firstly, communication was amazing with great views of the beach. The condo is very simple, not much decor, but it had everything you need for the beach including: chairs, towels, umbrellas, and toys for kids of all ages. The shower was great and the beds were comfy for us. The add is not 100% accurate, it states there are 2 king beds, the one in the living room and one in the bedroom, the living room bed is a double bed maybe, certainly not a king bed. There are other hidden FEES as mentioned by other reviewers. I like transparency not surprises. Parking is $75 for 1 to 7 days, fobs are $30 each for your stay (2 fobs =$60), there is also a $20 cash deposit for the parking pass and paper. These fees are charged by the condo building when you arrive. Overall, if you enjoy the beach and beach views, you will enjoy the place, but for those of us who stay in short term rentals regularly, you will probably find this one very simple with minimals.

    We had a very relaxing stay at your unit. Everything was as described. It was so nice to have the beach chairs available for us to use. You might want to have someone check the toilet. It runs if you don’t jiggle the handle and shower door is a little tricky to close.

    Great stay!!! Quiet area. Pool area and close to the beach.

Important information

1. Check-In The check-in time for the rental unit shall strictly commence after 3:00 PM, and the check-out time shall be at or before 10:00 AM. The Host shall not be able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests. 2. Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy of the rental unit is strictly limited to four (4) adults. The Host shall not permit any unregistered guests to stay overnight, and any additional guests will be promptly removed from the premises. 3. Subletting the Rental Property Subletting the rental property is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. 4. Responsibility The occupants must comply with all resort rules and guidelines for the pool, gym, and beach areas. The occupant agrees to indemnify the Host for any damages or losses to the rental unit or its contents during their stay. The rental unit's condition shall be assessed both at check-in and check-out, and occupants must keep noise levels reasonable out of respect for other residents. 5. Swimming Pools The swimming pools shall be accessible from sunrise to sunset, and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 6. Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit, halls, or common areas of the building. Occupants who smoke shall dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using the proper receptacles. 7. Pets Pets are not permitted inside the rental unit or on the resort property at any time. 8. Garbage Garbage chutes are available in each laundry room on every floor. The occupants shall not leave open trash bags in the unit or hallways, and must regularly dispose of trash bags by depositing them in the chute. 9. Laundry Card A magnetic laundry card shall be available for purchase at the guest office, and it can be recharged using the automatic dispenser located next to the security desk on the 1st floor. 10. Air Conditioning To prevent air conditioning system breakdowns, guests must keep sliding doors and windows closed when using the A/C system. The A/C must remain on during the hot and humid months from May to September. Any damage caused to the air conditioning system due to the guest's failure to comply with this rule will be the responsibility of the guest, who must pay for all necessary repairs. 11. Wi-Fi Free Wi-Fi shall be available in the rental unit, throughout the resort, and in the lobby of each building. Access to the internet room shall require prior approval from the front desk or security service. 12. Security Guests shall ensure all doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the resort or common areas. The main entrance of each building shall be locked at all times and requires an active magnetic key fob or ID to unlock. 13. Events & Gatherings Noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. 14. No Open Flames Open flames, including candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars, are strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and common areas. 15. Illegal Activity or Substances The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the rental property, and any violation shall result in eviction and potential legal action. 16. Moving Furniture Furniture shall not be rearranged in the rental unit. Guests shall be charged a $50 fee if the furniture is not placed back in its original location upon check-out. 17. Cancellation Policy The rental unit follows Airbnb's "STRICT" cancellation policy, and the Host strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations.
