    more outlets in bedroom, install an overhead light in bedroom. update the hand towels and washcloths (bath and beach towels are great). Get a new broom lol. paint or scrub bathroom door, a bit dirty

    hosts were great, responsive to my telling them about the pots and toaster, wished i had mentioned it sooner but having a horrible experience last yr with airBnB at theHyde in Hollywood, I thought they all were bad, not true. Hosts came in minutes with new pots and a toaster! Also accomodating to my request for a later check out! Vry cool. Kind ppl and would go there again. Glad i ignored negative review about proprty, a mention about the gym not being the same as pictured, the Tides has TWO units and you can use both sites amenities! 2 gyms, pools, it was great. Both gyms were good. parking and pool chairs was plentiful!The hyde, had grossly insufficient amount of pool chairs, theTides was great. This condo had everthing! Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, towels, curling iron,blow dryer, it was excellent-great hosts too. Komffy is a keeper..repeat renter discount would be a great policy to enact! ability to stay on property after checkout was amazing, helpful when u hv a late flight.

    Please change your sofa bed !!!!! Very old and dirty. People won’t come back if you won’t change your sofa bed , there’s only 3 forks and 2 wine glasses? Little things can make a big difference!! Thank you !

    Disappointed Place has not been well maintained, sofa bed is dirty, I wanted to sleep on the sofa bed but when I open it , sand everywhere, mattress very disgusting with stains!!! Location is great , on the beach , (condo on Ocean Drive side ) Beach chairs was appreciated Had no problem to communicate with Komffy !

    ADVERTISED AS A “NEW” CONDO IN A LUXURIOUS OCEANFRONT BUILDING. THIS IS BLATANTLY FALSE. THIS HAS CLEARLY BEEN A RENTAL UNIT FOR A LONG TIME. PICTURES HIDE MOST OF IT AND ARE DECEPTIVE. THE BUILDING IS VERY OLD (1969) AND WORN OUT! THE UNIT IS IN TERRIBLE SHAPE, LIKELY WITH ORIGINAL 1960S FINISHES, CABINETRY AND APPLIANCES. UNIT SMELLS MUSTY/MOLDY THERE IS A SICK LAYER OF DUST ON SOME OF THE AIR DUCTS THERE IS WATER DAMAGE UNDER AC UNIT PANELS APPLIANCES ARE OBSOLETE TABLETOPMICROWAVE IS TINY AND OLD TOASTER IS RUSTY THERE IS RUST ON THE APPLIANCES AND ON THE DOOR HINGES THE WALLS AND CEILING ARE ROUGH SPACKLE, NOT SMOOTH SURFACES PAINT JOB IS OLD THERE ARE STAINS ON THE WALLS TOWELS WORN OUT, COLORS MIXED FROM WASHING,ROUGH,POOR QUALITY PILLOWS ARE THIN FURNITURE CHEAP, OLD,PAINT PEELED OFF STAINS ON THE COUCHES BUILDING ALL SHORT-TERM RENTALS BUILDING CROWDED ELEVATORS BUSY NO ROOM AT POOL AT PEAK NO GARAGE ELEVATORS STAFF UNHAPPY RUDE REGISTRATION OFFICE LONG WAITS BUILDING 50YRS

    There is no boardwalk here so no activity where you can walk or bike. But it is pretty and beach is private and you feel secure. Beautiful beach. Having beach chairs, towels, umbrella, noodle is a bonus.

Important information

1. Check-In The check-in time for the rental unit shall strictly commence after 3:00 PM, and the check-out time shall be at or before 10:00 AM. The Host shall not be able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests. 2. Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy of the rental unit is strictly limited to four (4) adults. The Host shall not permit any unregistered guests to stay overnight, and any additional guests will be promptly removed from the premises. 3. Subletting the Rental Property Subletting the rental property is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. 4. Responsibility The occupants must comply with all resort rules and guidelines for the pool, gym, and beach areas. The occupant agrees to indemnify the Host for any damages or losses to the rental unit or its contents during their stay. The rental unit's condition shall be assessed both at check-in and check-out, and occupants must keep noise levels reasonable out of respect for other residents. 5. Swimming Pools The swimming pools shall be accessible from sunrise to sunset, and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 6. Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit, halls, or common areas of the building. Occupants who smoke shall dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using the proper receptacles. 7. Pets Pets are not permitted inside the rental unit or on the resort property at any time. 8. Garbage Garbage chutes are available in each laundry room on every floor. The occupants shall not leave open trash bags in the unit or hallways, and must regularly dispose of trash bags by depositing them in the chute. 9. Laundry Card A magnetic laundry card shall be available for purchase at the guest office, and it can be recharged using the automatic dispenser located next to the security desk on the 1st floor. 10. Air Conditioning To prevent air conditioning system breakdowns, guests must keep sliding doors and windows closed when using the A/C system. The A/C must remain on during the hot and humid months from May to September. Any damage caused to the air conditioning system due to the guest's failure to comply with this rule will be the responsibility of the guest, who must pay for all necessary repairs. 11. Wi-Fi Free Wi-Fi shall be available in the rental unit, throughout the resort, and in the lobby of each building. Access to the internet room shall require prior approval from the front desk or security service. 12. Security Guests shall ensure all doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the resort or common areas. The main entrance of each building shall be locked at all times and requires an active magnetic key fob or ID to unlock. 13. Events & Gatherings Noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. 14. No Open Flames Open flames, including candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars, are strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and common areas. 15. Illegal Activity or Substances The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the rental property, and any violation shall result in eviction and potential legal action. 16. Moving Furniture Furniture shall not be rearranged in the rental unit. Guests shall be charged a $50 fee if the furniture is not placed back in its original location upon check-out. 17. Cancellation Policy The rental unit follows Airbnb's "STRICT" cancellation policy, and the Host strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations.
