    Convenient location. Pool only has sun for a fun hours early in the day and again late in the afternoon. It’s a bit of walk down to the beach, but overall a nice location

    excelente to en el dpto. Solo no fue clara la informacion sobre ruidos. Las refecciones en el edificio generan un ruido intolerable , si estan, como me toco, trabajando en el balcon. Deberia ser mas acertivo con esto en ls publicacion. Si bien se decia que habia refacciones, el nivel de ruido es intolerable. Al nivel de wie si estsn trabajando en el balcon o balcones cercanos, no deberia alquilarse. No exagero el ruido de percutores rompiendo las columnas y losas de hormigon, es insoportable. Fuera de esto, el resto muy bien, pero empsño la experiencia y el baalcon estaba inutilizado pars usar. Resumiendo, no fueron claros en el anuncion. Gracias

    We enjoyed our stay at Komffy’s place. The ocean view from the balcony was a cherry on top. The apartment was spacious & had all the beach amenities one could ask for. Would love to come back here a second time. 😄

    Please do better at cleaning. Wash floors!!!! Wash all the blankets, one was provide with some type of discharge all over it. Slide doors windows can be cleaned too and bedroom ones—looked like we were in underground. Families travel from afar keep that in mind, pool towels, extra blankets and sheets would be nice. Thank u!

    Our family was excited for this vacation, but unfortunately, our stay didn’t meet expectations. We chose this property expecting Komffy’s standard of cleanliness, but the refrigerator had an unpleasant odor, the drawers were sticky. The floors throughout the apartment were dusty and sticky—our white socks didn’t stand a chance! Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher standard, but it seemed like only the countertops were wiped down, and the toilet paper restocked. Komffy, please do better when it comes to cleaning! Additionally, there were unexpected fees for the key fob, parking, and laundry, which we were only made aware of after reservation payment was made. A few other things could have improved the experience, like a sharper kitchen knife (the only one provided was dull and tricky to use) and a TV in the bedroom. We were really hoping for a clean, worry-free stay, but unfortunately, this one missed the mark.

Important information

1. Check-In The check-in time for the rental unit shall strictly commence after 3:00 PM, and the check-out time shall be at or before 10:00 AM. The Host shall not be able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests. 2. Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy of the rental unit is strictly limited to four (4) adults. The Host shall not permit any unregistered guests to stay overnight, and any additional guests will be promptly removed from the premises. 3. Subletting the Rental Property Subletting the rental property is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. 4. Responsibility The occupants must comply with all building rules and guidelines. The occupant agrees to indemnify the Host for any damages or losses to the rental unit or its contents during their stay. The rental unit's condition shall be assessed both at check-in and check-out, and occupants must keep noise levels reasonable out of respect for other residents. 5. Swimming Pools The swimming pool shall be accessible from sunrise to sunset, and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 6. Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit, halls, or common areas of the building. Occupants who smoke outside shall dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using the proper receptacles. 7. Pets Pets are not permitted inside the rental unit or on the resort property at any time. 8. Garbage Garbage chutes are available in each laundry room on every floor. The occupants shall not leave open trash bags in the unit or hallways, and must regularly dispose of trash bags by depositing them in the chute. 9. Laundry Card A magnetic laundry card shall be available for purchase at the guest office, and it can be recharged using the automatic dispenser located on the lobby floor. 10. Air Conditioning To prevent air conditioning system breakdowns, guests must keep sliding doors and windows closed when using the A/C system. The A/C must remain on during the hot and humid months from May to September. Any damage caused to the air conditioning system due to the guest's failure to comply with this rule will be the responsibility of the guest, who must pay for all necessary repairs. 11. Wi-Fi Free Wi-Fi shall be available in the rental unit. 12. Security Guests shall ensure all doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the resort or common areas. The main entrance of each building shall be locked at all times and requires an active magnetic key fob to unlock. 13. Events & Gatherings Noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. 14. No Open Flames Open flames, including candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars, are strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and common areas. 15. Illegal Activity or Substances The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the rental property, and any violation shall result in eviction and potential legal action. 16. Moving Furniture Furniture shall not be rearranged in the rental unit. Guests shall be charged a $50 fee if the furniture is not placed back in its original location upon check-out. 17. Cancellation Policy The rental unit follows Airbnb's "STRICT" cancellation policy, and the Host strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations.
