    Get USB ports and plugs on lamps in bedrooms. Update Art in Kitchen Bathroom plugs need to be GFI and work for any blow dryer, etc.

    Clean, check-in is multiple with key fob, laundry card, wristband, and parking but no real issues. The "art" on kitchen wall needs to be removed and have better art, this is a homemade falling apart art. Bathroom plug said cannot use with blowdryer, never mentioned in any notes when booking. There are no outlets near any mirror, anywhere to blow dry. There needs to be better lighting in bedrooms with USD ports and plugs, could not reach the plug in the bedroom without placing phone on the floor. Great to have beach chairs and umbrella. Full Kitchen-great. Trash and laundry close by. Lots of noise with construction two units down, not made aware of this and they started early - for this reason and the plug situation, I feel I over paid for this unit. This is 2023 - needs USB ports, etc, and plugs that work, not even sure there were GFI's. Towels smelled of strong bleach, sheets are rough but were okay.

    Thanks again, Komffy! As mentioned, a bit odd art choices (with previous guests clearly ripping off items from the artwork which resulted in empty wrappers and adding beer can to wall). Deeper cleaner as mentioned re: dust build-up and grime in photos. Well appointed condo - could add a baking sheet to kitchen. Great communication - may want to add exact condo number C-8J (or whatever the exact description outside door) for ease of finding condo and mention of elevators (main and oversized)

    Wonderful location in the middle of Hollywood/Hallendale Beach. We didn’t have a vehicle so we mostly took an Uber to restaurants or walked to Walmart/Starbucks. Komffy is super responsive and helpful. The check-in process is a bit disorganized but that’s not an Airbnb issue. Resort staff were confused as to which unit we were staying in and sent us to their other building. No major issues with elevators personally, but important to note that you cannot take luggage or beach gear on main elevators. Another guest was not so kind in telling us this rule on our first day. All in all a nice condo for an affordable Florida vacation for two.

    Thank you very much

    We had a great week in the apartment, it’s really nice and modern , loved the ocean view. We were very comfortable, check in was easy even though there is a lot of people in the building. Gym was great, restaurants and shops close by , nice neighborhood, we didn’t had a car so mostly walking around. Komffy was very nice , easy to communicate. Highly recommended!

    The sink in the bathroom and the kitchen drains slowly. Maybe add a cover for the sectional just like the one on the other unit. Thank you for being quick to respond to our messages and thank you for helping us move to the other unit!

    You can see the beach and pool from the balcony. The unit is close to the elevator and there is a service elevator as well which is big enough to fit a luggage cart and my family of 4. The registration is a process but the host Jessica gives clear instruction and is quick to respond. The valet service was not available during our vacation due to covid restriction but parking is pretty close to the entrance. There are also carts located in the lobby that you can borrow to take your groceries upstairs. The beach is beautiful and the condo has a direct access to the beach. The pool is heated and is open from 8am-8pm. Beach umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys are available in the unit. The bed is comfortable and there is also a pack n play available for my toddler. It would’ve been nice if there is a high chair. The unit is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The TV has multiple apps for video streaming. We will stay here again when we come back to Fort Lauderdale.

Important information

1. Check-In The check-in time for the rental unit shall strictly commence after 3:00 PM, and the check-out time shall be at or before 10:00 AM. The Host shall not be able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests. 2. Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy of the rental unit is strictly limited to four (4) adults. The Host shall not permit any unregistered guests to stay overnight, and any additional guests will be promptly removed from the premises. 3. Subletting the Rental Property Subletting the rental property is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. 4. Responsibility The occupants must comply with all building rules and guidelines. The occupant agrees to indemnify the Host for any damages or losses to the rental unit or its contents during their stay. The rental unit's condition shall be assessed both at check-in and check-out, and occupants must keep noise levels reasonable out of respect for other residents. 5. Swimming Pools The swimming pools shall be accessible from sunrise to sunset, and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 6. Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit, halls, or common areas of the building. Occupants who smoke shall dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using the proper receptacles. 7. Pets Pets are not permitted inside the rental unit or on the resort property at any time. 8. Garbage Garbage chutes are available in each laundry room on every floor. The occupants shall not leave open trash bags in the unit or hallways, and must regularly dispose of trash bags by depositing them in the chute. 9. Laundry Card A magnetic laundry card shall be available for purchase at the guest office, and it can be recharged using the automatic dispenser located next to the security desk on the ground floor. 10. Air Conditioning To prevent air conditioning system breakdowns, guests must keep sliding doors and windows closed when using the A/C system. The A/C must remain on during the hot and humid months from May to September. Any damage caused to the air conditioning system due to the guest's failure to comply with this rule will be the responsibility of the guest, who must pay for all necessary repairs. 11. Wi-Fi Free Wi-Fi shall be available in the rental unit and in the lobby of each building. 12. Security Guests shall ensure all doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the resort or common areas. The main entrance of each building shall be locked at all times and requires an active magnetic key fob to unlock. 13. Events & Gatherings Noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. 14. No Open Flames Open flames, including candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars, are strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and common areas. 15. Illegal Activity or Substances The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the rental property, and any violation shall result in eviction and potential legal action. 16. Moving Furniture Furniture shall not be rearranged in the rental unit. Guests shall be charged a $50 fee if the furniture is not placed back in its original location upon check-out. 17. Cancellation Policy The rental unit follows Airbnb's "STRICT" cancellation policy, and the Host strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations.
