Arrived first day at 6:30 p.m., go to take shower and no hot water, took a cold shower and called management. Management at first said they couldn't address issue for a couple of hours or the next morning, and if we weren't happy, we could leave immediately, she was very rude. They then texted back and said they could come in 45 minutes. They came and could not repair. They then said they would get an electrician or plumber to come the next morning. We lleft early the next morning as we were in a tournament. My husband came back around 1 pm and realized there was still no hot water. I checked my emails and we were told that no repairs could be made until the following Monday (we were supposed to check out on Sunday), and they only offered a $150 discount on a $795 bill. We ended up vacating the unit on Friday after a ruined vacation and only staying one night. After much back and forth, they most they agreed to give was $375. Again a cold shower and a ruined vacation.
