  To ensure the comfort and safety of all our valued guests, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following house rules during your stay at KOMFFY Rentals: 1) Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. 2) The minimum age requirement for booking is 21 years old. 3) We kindly ask that you be considerate of noise levels after 10 pm to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. 4) Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the premises. 5) Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets on the property. 6) The maximum number of guests allowed is two 7) A complimentary parking spot is provided for vehicles under 16.5 ft. For larger or additional vehicles, street and public garage parking options are available. Please note that all parking regulations are strictly enforced. 8) For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we request that adult supervision be provided for children under the age of 14 using the dock and that appropriate safety measures and behavior are observed. 9) Kindly ensure your vehicle is removed from the premises by 10 AM on your checkout date. Your cooperation in adhering to these rules is greatly appreciated, as it contributes to a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests.
