    Thank you for allowing me to stay in your place. It was very peaceful and cozy. I give you 5 stars across the board. I would however say that the staff really is so friendly nothing personal towards me or my husband. They just were rude and not so helpful. I noticed they were like that with everyone. That could be a slight turn off to guest staying. Other than that you guys place is perfect. I love the cleanliness.

    The Condo itself was excellent. It was extremely clean and well kept. The building itself was a little outdated. The resort staff wasn’t so friendly. And didn’t offer anything to guest. (No amenities besides a pool) But overall I give the condo itself 5 stars all the across the board. They host was very responsive. They provided me with detailed instructions on how to check in and out. I would definitely recommend and will definitely book again…

    The TV!

    I Loved it and will definitely be back! I will make this my personal getaway place! I was able to work remote with no issues on the balcony and soak in the view! The view in person is even better than the pictures! Everything was clean, beach and pool is downstairs and not over crowded. I spent all day outside from 12-6! There is a beach chair and umbrella in the closet, which was a nice touch. Uber to Walmart to get anything you may need it’s a $6 ride! You’ll find places to eat around there too. You can even walk if you’re up to it, it’s about 15-20 mins. BOA is across the street! I had rooftop dinner down the street at a nearby hotel and I walked 3 mins there. It’s a nice place get away for yourself! Book it and see for yourself.

    nos gusto mucho el complejo. el departamento esta perfwcto y muy equipado. Tiene todo para la playa y para cocinar. Buena vista. Estuvimos muy comodos. volveriamos.

    This is a penthouse apartment - 16th floor - with nice view of ocean from balcony. Spacious for two people, absolutely clean, kitchen well equipped. Location is at North end of Hollywood, too far to walk from Beach Walk and restaurants on Hollywood Beach. But overall a splendid place to stay. We have been staying each year in nearby beach hotels where cost was about $500/day, so paying $400/day here was a better deal. And much better to have a spacious apartment than a trypical hotel room.

Important information

1. Check-In The check-in time for the rental unit shall strictly commence after 3:00 PM, and the check-out time shall be at or before 10:00 AM. The Host shall not be able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests. 2. Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy of the rental unit is strictly limited to four (4) adults. The Host shall not permit any unregistered guests to stay overnight, and any additional guests will be promptly removed from the premises. 3. Subletting the Rental Property Subletting the rental property is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. 4. Responsibility The occupants must comply with all resort rules and guidelines for the pool, gym, and beach areas. The occupant agrees to indemnify the Host for any damages or losses to the rental unit or its contents during their stay. The rental unit's condition shall be assessed both at check-in and check-out, and occupants must keep noise levels reasonable out of respect for other residents. 5. Swimming Pools The swimming pools shall be accessible from sunrise to sunset, and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 6. Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit, halls, or common areas of the building. Occupants who smoke shall dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using the proper receptacles. 7. Pets Pets are not permitted inside the rental unit or on the resort property at any time. 8. Garbage Garbage chutes are available in each laundry room on every floor. The occupants shall not leave open trash bags in the unit or hallways, and must regularly dispose of trash bags by depositing them in the chute. 9. Laundry Card A magnetic laundry card shall be available for purchase at the guest office, and it can be recharged using the automatic dispenser located next to the security desk on the lobby floor. 10. Air Conditioning To prevent air conditioning system breakdowns, guests must keep sliding doors and windows closed when using the A/C system. The A/C must remain on during the hot and humid months from May to September. Any damage caused to the air conditioning system due to the guest's failure to comply with this rule will be the responsibility of the guest, who must pay for all necessary repairs. 11. Wi-Fi Free Wi-Fi shall be available in the rental unit, throughout the resort, and in the lobby of each building. Access to the internet room shall require prior approval from the front desk or security service. 12. Security Guests shall ensure all doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the resort or common areas. The main entrance of each building shall be locked at all times and requires an active magnetic key fob or ID to unlock. 13. Events & Gatherings Noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. 14. No Open Flames Open flames, including candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars, are strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and common areas. 15. Illegal Activity or Substances The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the rental property, and any violation shall result in eviction and potential legal action. 16. Moving Furniture Furniture shall not be rearranged in the rental unit. Guests shall be charged a $50 fee if the furniture is not placed back in its original location upon check-out. 17. Cancellation Policy The rental unit follows Airbnb's "STRICT" cancellation policy, and the Host strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations.
