The villa is stunning both inside and out. It is designed for outdoor living and has extensive shaded terraces, with comfortable seating and dining areas, all looking out over the picturesque Gulf of Marinella.
The living area has two comfortable sofas, an open fireplace, flatscreen TV and a dining table. Double glass doors open onto the private terrace. The attractive kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Moka coffee machine.
There are many different areas in the garden, including an outdoor kitchen.

Location
The villa’s location is one of the finest on the island. It looks over the Gulf of Marinella, a beautiful bay on the north eastern coast of Sardinia. It is a popular tourist destination due to its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters.
The beaches are wide and well-equipped, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and taking long walks along the coast. The sea is calm and shallow, making it a suitable for families and for activities such as snorkelling and swimming. There are also many restaurants and bars for visitors to enjoy.
For self-catering, Olbia (20 minutes) is the ideal destination. Here you can explore vibrant farmers' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended.
Olbia's airport is about 25 minutes away.
