• Notes

  🛏️ To make sure everything is perfectly ready for your stay, please double-check that the number of guests in your booking matches who will be coming — this helps us prepare the right bedding, towels, and little touches for everyone. You will receive the pre-check in template and lease agreement for signing. ❗️Please note that 90% of the rental price covers the holiday home, while 10% covers the rental of movable goods. No additional services such as daily cleaning or breakfast are provided. 🧘🏼 Time to sit back, relax, and reconnect with your #innerpeace. This is a brand-new apartment located in a modern building with elevator access. Self check-in is available for your convenience. Public parking is available nearby (paid). The flat is designed to accommodate up to 4 adults and is not suitable for pets, or parties. You will receive a welcome guide with local tips, restaurant recommendations, and current art exhibitions in the area. While the neighbourhood is lively and full of culture, we ask guests to respect the calm residential nature of the building.

• Access

  Check-in is done via a key box. You will receive detailed instructions shortly before your arrival. The key box is located inside the letterbox labeled “Huybrechts”, next to the front door. The key provided gives access to both the main entrance and the apartment located on the first floor.

• Transit

  The apartment is ideally located in Antwerp’s vibrant Zuid district, with excellent connectivity to the rest of the city. Several tram and bus lines are just a short walk away, with direct routes bringing you to Antwerp Central Station in approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Antwerpen-Zuid train station is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment and offers quick access to other parts of the city — the train to Central Station takes around 10 minutes. The neighbourhood itself is very walkable and bike-friendly, making it easy to explore the surrounding museums, cafés, galleries, and shops at your own pace. For guests arriving by car, paid public parking is available nearby. Whether you’re walking, cycling, using public transport, or driving, getting around from this location is smooth and convenient.

• Neighborhood

  Our apartment is just steps from the Museum of Contemporary Art (M HKA), the Royal Museum of Fine Arts (KMSKA), and countless trendy cafés and concept stores — this area is where Antwerp breathes art, design, and culture. Located in the heart of the Zuid district, it’s one of the city’s most vibrant and sought-after neighbourhoods, known for its wide boulevards, eclectic architecture, and lively squares. Within walking distance, you’ll find artisan bakeries, design shops, wine bars, and some of the best dining spots in town. Whether you’re here for the art, the food, or simply to soak up the city’s creative energy, this is the perfect base to explore Antwerp at its most inspiring.

Check-in is fully self-guided, but on the day of arrival we’ll be in touch via text to provide detailed check-in instructions along with a digital leaflet full of local tips and recommendations.
