If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee. - EACH sofa bed will be made up at an additional ONE TIME PAYMENT: For one person AED 80 - The deposit cost is AED 1000, it should be paid at check in time. - KEYS: Keys, remotes and access cards are part of the property & provided to the guest for the duration of their stay. Any lost keys and/or access cards will incur a fee of AED 500 Distance to beach: 5 mins Distance to shops: 2 mins Distance to bars and restaurants: 1/2 min Distance to metro: Walk is 10/15 mins, take the tram to it - 5/10 mins. Or take the taxi to it: 5 mins Tram: Outside the building Downtown: 20 mins Taxi. 20 Mins Metro DIFC: 25 mins taxi. 25 mins metro The mall of the Emirates: 10 min taxi. 10 min metro Airport: 25/30 min taxi. 25/30 min metro - All inclusive (VAT, tourism fee). - All utilities bills are included (electricity, water, Internet, TV with cable channels, Air-conditioning) - Check in any time after 3:00PM (Check-ins can be done throughout the night) - Check out before 11:00AM - The paid cleaning will be done after your departure. If you need daily cleaning you can order it for extra charge. - Fresh towels and bed linen are provided on the day of arrival (according to the number of guests). - Water, tea, coffee, shampoo are provided for our guest once in check in time. - Security 24/7 and cc cameras in the common areas - Baby travel cot for infant (length 100cm) available for free.
