Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 1,165 sq ft home and surrounding property, including the expansive front deck and lakeside area. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay. Self-check-in is available 24/7 via a secure door keypad for your convenience.
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay but are always available via the app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. Your comfort is our priority and we strive to provide a 5 star experience.

Please park only to the right side of the home. We have lots of parking for you to bring your boat!

Parking: Ample parking for 5 vehicles plus additional parking is available at the lake access. There is parking big enough for a boat trailer right across from the lake access.
Firewood Not Provided - Guests will need to bring or purchase firewood locally for the outdoor fire pit. We recommend Mane Wood, a trusted local provider nearby.
Safety: Your safety is our priority. The property is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher.
Pet Policy: We love hosting your furry family members! A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required. This fee covers all dogs for the duration of your stay.
Inclement Weather: We are in a beautiful, natural lakeside setting. Power outages can occur during storms. In winter, the driveway is professionally plowed, and shovels are provided for your convenience.
We cannot predict or control weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance (AirBNB provides this while checking out!).
