The property has a large balcony furnished with a small table and chairs – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or drinks at the end of the day. The building also enjoys its own private beach right as you exit the apartment block and a small children's playground.
Inside, the light-filled apartment consists of a spacious open-plan living room that also incorporates the kitchen. This space is connected to the balcony through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and is furnished with a luxurious L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a digital flat-screen HD TV and a dining table. The modern kitchen is fitted with; a cooker hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, an oven, microwave and a fridge.

Balatonelle is a charming resort town located on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, the largest freshwater lake in Central Europe. Known for its beautiful lakeside setting and sandy beaches the town is a family-friendly destination with amenities and activities catering to visitors of all ages.
The lake's shallow waters and gentle shores make it a popular destination for families and water sports enthusiasts with a wide range of activities on offer including swimming, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The town's main beach, known as Napfény Beach (a 13-minute walk / 3-minute drive away), is a popular spot for sunbathing.
Balaton Uplands National Park (a one-hour and 10-minute drive away) is a protected area that encompasses diverse landscapes, including hills, valleys, forests, and meadows. The park is ideal for hiking, nature walks, and enjoying panoramic views of Lake Balaton.
There are lots of other activities in the immediate area including go-carting, horse riding and paintball. The surrounding region is part of Hungary's wine country, and you can find local vineyards producing wine from the Balaton wine region including The Konyari Winery, a 10-minute drive away.
