• Notes

  House Rules: Quiet Hours: Adherence to quiet hours from 10pm to 8am is requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the condo complex and to be good neighbors to our neighbors. No Events or Loud Music: We prioritize the comfort and well-being of our neighbors and guests, no loud music after 10pm, no large events, parties or gatherings to be hosted at the property. Guest Policy: Only guests included in your reservation at the time of booking are allowed on the property. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted at any time. LIMIT OF 6 PEOPLE AT PROPERTY. IF BRINGING MORE THAN 6PP THEY MUST BE REGISTERED IN ADVANCE AND A DAILY FEE OF $20.00 PER ADDITIONAL PERSON IS REQUIRED. FAILURE TO REPORT ADDITIONAL PEOPLE WILL RESULT IN A $200 FINE PLUS DAILY FEE BEING DUE. Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks, in accordance with local ordinances. Smoking or vaping at the property will result in a $500.00 extra cleaning fee being due and potential removal from property with no refund. Pet Policy: PETS MUST BE APPROVED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS IN ADVANCE OF CHECKIN AND MUST BE UNDER THE WEIGHT OF 25 POUNDS. LIMIT OF 2 PETS WITH APPROVAL. ONCE APPROVED A DAILY PET FEE OF $25.00 PER DAY, PER PET MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO CHECKIN. SNEAKING IN NON-REGISTERED PETS WILL RESULT IN A $500 FINE AND POTENTIAL REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND. NOTE: Pets must be kept on a leash while outside property and house broken. You are responsible for any damages that might happen during your stay from your pet. Pets cannot be left in the unit unattended. Must have all current vaccinations. BOAT DOCK: You can reserve the use of our private boat dock for a daily fee of $50.00 per day during you stay. Must make reservations and pay dock fee prior to checkin so it can be unlocked and instructions given. NOTE: there is no trailer parking in this community so other arrangements would need to be made at the four seasons launch area or local marinas. Upon Departure: Our dedicated cleaning staff will promptly prepare the home for our next guests. To avoid additional charges, we kindly request adherence to the designated checkout time of 10am. Late checkout fees may apply, unless otherwise arranged with your host in advance. Please do not ask for a late checkout during the months of May-September as we usually are booked solid and unable to accommodate such requests. Age Requirement: Bookings from guests under 25 may be subject to approval or cancellation, as we prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests and our owner preferences. Upon booking you will be asked to verify your age by presenting an ID. Failure to be able to provide a valid ID that matches name of booking will result in reservation cancellation with no refunds. Review Requirement: Bookings with insufficient reviews or ratings below 5 stars may be subject to review and further verification. Feedback and Reviews: Guests who do not comply with house rules may forfeit the chance to leave a public review. Note: Please be aware that the ice maker in the refrigerator is currently not operational. We recommend bringing a bag of ice for your stay, or feel free to request one from our team and we’d be happy to deliver it to the property. Thank you for your understanding! Please Note: The community amenities (such as the pool, hot tub, gym, etc.) are managed by the HOA and are not under our direct control. While we strive to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee their availability or condition during your stay, as maintenance or closures may occur without prior notice. We recommend travel insurance to protect your booking, as our cancellation policies remain in effect. By booking this home, you agree to our house rules. Guests are responsible for personal injuries during their stay and any items left behind. Guests also allow entry for maintenance with 4 hours' notice.
