Please Note Before Booking: *This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping home—thank you for keeping it fresh and clean for all guests. *Minimum rental age is 25, and the primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay. All guests must be registered at the time of booking—no unregistered overnight visitors. *Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests during these hours. *Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Additional street parking may be available nearby. *Thank you for following these guidelines and helping us provide a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all guests at the Waterfront Chalet.

  You’ll have full private access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces, the private dock, and lakefront firepit area. Check-in is seamless with a personalized access code provided on the day of arrival, allowing for 24-hour self check-in and checkout. We’ll also send a digital house manual with everything you need to know about the home, plus a printed copy is available inside for easy reference during your stay. Whether you’re arriving by car or boat, getting settled is simple and stress-free.

  Getting Around: The Waterfront Chalet is easily accessible by car and conveniently located just minutes from the iconic Bagnell Dam Strip. You'll find ample parking for up to 3 vehicles at the property, with additional street parking available. Many top attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops are within a short drive—and if you’re bringing a boat or renting one, you can explore the lake by water right from your private dock. Whether by road or by boat, getting around is simple and part of the fun!
