Maximum Occupancy: The home accommodates up to 9 guests. No Parties / Quiet Hours: This is a family-friendly community with a strict no-party policy. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Violations may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping inside or outside the property is not permitted. A $500 smoke remediation fee will apply for violations and the lease will be terminated without refund.
PET POLICY: -Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations. -Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel. -If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. -Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community. -No excessive barking or noise is allowed. -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property. -Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage. -A daily pet fee of $50 per pet applies.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy – Interior & Exterior This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property—including both the interior of the home and all exterior areas such as decks, patios, and the dock. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. Guests who choose to ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged to return the property to a clean, safe condition. Any additional damages or lingering odors caused by smoking or vaping will result in further charges. All reviews from violating guests will be reported and disqualified due to non-compliance with house rules.
