We are thrilled to host you at our luxury lakefront home. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality experience for all guests, please review and follow the house rules below:
No Smoking or Vaping Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the home or on the decks. Any violation will result in additional cleaning fees. No Pets Allowed To maintain our allergy-friendly environment and protect the home’s finishes, pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
No Parties or Events This is a luxury family home located in a quiet cove community. • No parties, large gatherings, or events of any kind. • Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum. • Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of the cove. No loud music, yelling, or outdoor noise during quiet hours.
Minimum Age & Guest Verification • Primary renter must be 25+ • A verified government-issued ID is required for all registered adult guests • Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time
Parking Rules • Parking is allowed in the designated driveway only • No parking on the street or in neighboring areas • No trailer or boat parking at the property • Guests may use the nearby Shawnee Bend boat launch for boat and trailer storage
Dock & Lake Safety Use the dock, kayaks, and swim/sundeck at your own risk • Children must be supervised at all times • Life jackets are required when using kayaks • Tye up rental boats or personal watercraft to the dock at your own risk, not responsible for damages to persons or watercraft.
Firepit & Grill Safety • Please fully extinguish the firepit after use • Never leave grills or fire unattended • Ensure propane tanks are turned off when finished
