This home offers four additional bedrooms to accommodate groups with comfort and flexibility. The bunk/game room is a guest favorite—featuring four beds (2 fulls + 2 twins), a large sectional, Smart TV, and games for kids and teens. The queen bedroom with a private Juliet balcony overlooks the lake and is bright and airy, ideal for guests who love privacy and views. Two additional queen bedrooms, each with Smart TVs, provide comfortable and stylish sleeping options. One includes a full-size futon for extra flexibility.
With three full bathrooms, this home is designed with groups in mind, offering plenty of space to get ready, unwind, and enjoy your stay without waiting for showers or sinks.

This is a two-level home requiring stairs between floors.

House Rules – Whispering Woods at Sunrise
We are thrilled to host you at our luxury lakefront home. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality experience for all guests, please review and follow the house rules below:
No Smoking or Vaping
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the home or on the decks. Any violation will result in additional cleaning fees.
No Pets Allowed
To maintain our allergy-friendly environment and protect the home’s finishes, pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
No Parties or Events
This is a luxury family home located in a quiet cove community.
• No parties, large gatherings, or events of any kind.
• Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum.
• Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of the cove.
No loud music, yelling, or outdoor noise during quiet hours.
Minimum Age & Guest Verification
• Primary renter must be 25+
• A verified government-issued ID is required for all registered adult guests
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time
Parking Rules
• Parking is allowed in the designated driveway only
• No parking on the street or in neighboring areas
• No trailer or boat parking at the property
• Guests may use the nearby Shawnee Bend boat launch for boat and trailer storage
Dock & Lake Safety
Use the dock, kayaks, and swim/sundeck at your own risk
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Life jackets are required when using kayaks
• Tye up rental boats or personal watercraft to the dock at your own risk, not responsible for damages to persons or watercraft.
Firepit & Grill Safety
• Please fully extinguish the firepit after use
• Never leave grills or fire unattended
• Ensure propane tanks are turned off when finished
Prohibited Items
For safety and code compliance, the following are not permitted:
• Fireworks
• Firearms left unsecured
• Illegal substances
• Tents, RVs, or sleeping in vehicles

The home is located in the peaceful Shawnee Bend area of Sunrise Beach, just minutes from lakefront restaurants, grocery stores, marinas, and the popular Shawnee Bend boat launch. A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the area, and rideshare options like Uber, Lyft, and local shuttle services are available, though wait times may vary during late nights or the off-season. Guests enjoying the lake by boat will love the home’s central location to major waterfront attractions; however, please note that no boat or trailer parking is permitted at the property and the private dock does not allow overnight tie-ups. With Osage Beach, Bagnell Dam, state parks, and top entertainment spots all within a short drive, guests can enjoy both the peaceful seclusion of the cove and the convenience of being close to everything the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.
