For quieter moments, the cozy family room offers a gas fireplace and comfortable seating — ideal for reading, playing games, or simply enjoying the warmth on cooler evenings.
Cooking is easy in the modern kitchen, complete with a gas range and all the essentials for home-style meals. Just beside it, a welcoming dining area makes gathering for breakfast, dinner, or late-night snacks feel effortless.

OUTSIDE:
The backyard is where you’ll spend much of your time. Step onto the spacious patio and take in sweeping views of the lake while you share meals around the outdoor dining table. A lounge area with a glowing gas firetable makes evenings extra special — the perfect spot to sip wine or roast marshmallows under the stars.
When it’s time to relax, sink into the hot tub and let the view wash over you, or sway gently in the hammock with a good book. For a more rustic touch, gather around the outdoor firepit as the night sky sparkles above. From quiet mornings to lively evenings, the outdoor spaces invite you to slow down and savor every moment.
NOTE: Approx. 85 stairs down to the beach. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.
NOTE: Primary renter must be 25 yrs old and provide government issued photo id. A separate security deposit of $500 is required.
All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Max occupancy at all times is 5, violation will result in removal without refund.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles
Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
Our Winter Weather Cancellation Policy is designed with your safety in mind. If winter conditions make travel unsafe or if there are road closures preventing you from reaching the cottage, you have flexible options:
❄ Delay Your Arrival – If the cottage is available, you can shift your stay by a day or two.
❄ Reschedule – Move your booking to a future date that works for you.
❄ Full Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you can cancel for a full refund.

Clan Gregor Square is the heart of our quaint community where many local festivals/carshows and you won't want to miss the farmers market in season. Wander downtown and find your new favorite cafe, and be sure to save a day to explore Bayfield's wineries and breweries! Just a few minutes away, you can enjoy an amazing wine tasting experience at Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery.
You're just 1 minute from White Squirrel Golf Club, perfect for a round on the lush summer greens or a laid-back afternoon at their patio restaurant. Downtown Bayfield is only 10 minutes away—browse the charming boutiques and enjoy a refreshing drink at one of the quaint cafes.
