127 km north of Joensuu and 2 km from Nurmes. Lake Lautiainen 10 m, with a private, gently sloping sandy beach, and a rowing boat for four people. A 5-horsepower outboard motor can be rented from the owner.
Completed in 2024, this laminated log cabin features a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with four beds, and a remote working station with a scenic view. The wood-heated sauna has a large panoramic window facing the lake. There is also a washroom with a laundry area, a separate WC, and a spacious terrace on three sides of the house with garden furniture and a gas grill available in summer.

The cabin is equipped with broadband internet and a TV with a Soundbar audio system. A canoe is included in the rental, and two SUP boards are available for rent from the owner. The city-maintained ski trail is 500 meters away. The owner also creates a 1 km ice trail directly from the cabin yard, depending on weather conditions. A snowmobile route passes approximately 200 meters from the cabin on the lake.
