Enjoy access to the famous Hippo Pool, gym, indoor pool, spas, bars, and restaurants (resort fee applies). Bedroom 1 features a king bed, massive jacuzzi tub, and shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and full futon. The living room includes a pullout couch. Full kitchen, coffee bar, and a location close to everything make this the perfect Lake Ozark getaway!

Community Perks As part of the Osage Vista Complex, you’ll also enjoy seasonal access to the Hippopotamus Pool at The Regalia, the lake’s largest swim-up bar and entertainment venue. For a daily fee, guests can also access Regalia’s gym, indoor pool, and hot tub year-round, plus all on-site bars and restaurants at the Regalia Resort.
Guests have private access to the entire studio apartment. Entry is currently via a secure lockbox—you’ll receive the code and check-in instructions prior to your arrival for a smooth and contactless experience.
Smart Lock Note: We are in the process of upgrading the entry system to a smart lock, but due to the unique door type, it is currently on order. Once installed, you’ll enjoy an even easier keyless check-in and checkout process.

Quiet Hours & Guest Conduct Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. First noise violation will receive a warning. A second violation will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. No parties or events allowed. Any unregistered guests or gatherings may result in termination of stay and additional charges. Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted to stay at the unit.
Non-Smoking Property This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property—including indoors, on patios, and in all shared community areas. Violations will incur a $650+ remediation fee and immediate cancellation with no refund.
Pet Policy Pets are not allowed at this unit. We kindly ask you to respect this policy to ensure comfort for all guests, including those with allergies.
