This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and fun. The master suite features a king bed and private en-suite bath, while the second room boasts two queen beds and its own full bathroom, making it ideal for groups, kids, or multiple couples. Each room is equipped with a smart TV so everyone can enjoy their own downtime.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, dining room for gathering, in-home washer and dryer, and a private back deck that opens right onto the golf course—complete with a grill and firepit for your evening hangouts under the stars.

House Rules – Pets, Quiet Hours, No Parties, No Smoking
We want all our guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Moor Margaritas, so please take a moment to review our house rules:
Pets are not permitted at this property. We kindly ask that guests make other arrangements for their animals before arrival, as we are unable to accommodate pets of any size. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a peaceful, family-friendly community, so we ask that all guests respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
No Parties or Events: This home is designed for relaxing getaways, not large gatherings or parties. Unauthorized events may result in immediate removal and additional fees.
No Smoking or Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the home. A minimum $500 fee will be charged for odor removal and deep cleaning if this policy is violated.

Property Access:
Guests will enjoy easy self-check-in with a personalized code provided before arrival. The entire cottage is yours to enjoy, including the private deck, grill, and in-home amenities like the washer/dryer and full kitchen. You’ll also have access to the two private Estates pools (seasonal) and the full lineup of Margaritaville Resort amenities—including the waterpark, golf courses, restaurants, bars, and more. Resort amenities are managed separately and may require additional fees; for hours and pricing, please contact the resort directly.

Getting Around:
Moor Margaritas is conveniently located in the private Margaritaville Estates community in Osage Beach, just minutes from all the action. We recommend having a vehicle to explore the Lake of the Ozarks area, as most attractions, restaurants, and shops are best accessed by car. Free parking is available at the cottage. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area but may have limited availability during peak times. The Margaritaville Resort also offers a complimentary shuttle within the resort grounds—perfect for getting to the golf course, restaurants, or the LandShark Bar. For air travelers, the closest general aviation options are Grand Glaize Airport and Lee C. Fine Airport, while Columbia and Springfield-Branson National Airports offer commercial flights within driving distance.
