The Space

PET POLICY: -Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations. -Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel. -If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. -Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community. -No excessive barking or noise is allowed. -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property. -Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage. -A daily pet fee of $35 per pet applies. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside, may not be left unattended in the home, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and covering any damage caused. Unauthorized pets or failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or early termination of the stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a pet-friendly space that works for everyone. No Smoking or Vaping Policy (Interior & Exterior) This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property, including both the interior of the home and all exterior areas such as decks and patios. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Guests who ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: -A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged -Any additional damages or lingering odors will result in further charges -Reviews from violating guests may be reported and disqualified due to non-compliance We strictly enforce this policy to protect the quality of our home and the comfort of future guests. Thank you for respecting this rule. No Parties or Unregistered Guests Policy This property has a strict no party and no unregistered guest policy. Gatherings, events, or additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are not permitted under any circumstances. Violation will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, and all guests will be required to vacate the property. Early Check-In Policy Early check-in is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Guests may contact us at 10:00 AM on the day of arrival to check if it’s available. Quiet Hours Policy (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) This property observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful setting. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time, including music, outdoor gatherings, and conversations. Violations will be handled as follows: -First offense: one warning via call or message -Continued noise: immediate termination of your reservation without refund If a team member or local authorities must respond due to lack of response, a $200 noise complaint fee will be charged. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
