  You’ll receive detailed check-in instructions and a unique door code via your booking platform on the morning of your arrival. The property is equipped with a keyless entry system, so no need to worry about picking up keys or meeting anyone in person—just arrive, enter your code, and start your vacation! Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message away through the Airbnb app. Safe travels and enjoy your time at the lake! Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $25.00 per hour. Availability is limited and must be confirmed. Please contact us on the morning of your arrival or departure to check availability and arrange payment prior to your adjusted check-in or check-out time.

If you arrive by air, the closest major airport is Columbia Regional Airport—about 90 minutes away—followed by an easily accessible shuttle or car rental to Osage Beach. Whether you’re arriving by car or rideshare, the route to Compass Point is simple and stress‑free.
