• Rules

  To ensure a smooth and respectful stay for all guests—and to protect the home—please carefully review and follow these rules. Violations may result in fines, additional charges, or early termination of your reservation without refund. 1. Accurate Guest Count Required All guests must be listed in the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior host approval. 2. No Unauthorized Pets This is a no-pet property unless written approval is given in advance and a pet fee is paid. If unauthorized pets are found on-site, you may be charged a minimum $200 violation fee plus any additional cleaning or damage costs. 3. Absolutely No Smoking Indoors Smoking, vaping, or burning of any substances (including candles or incense) is strictly prohibited inside the home at all times. This applies to tobacco, marijuana, and all other products. A minimum $300 fine will apply if smoke odors or residue are detected. 4. Quiet Hours & Respect for Neighbors Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. No loud music, shouting, or gatherings that may disturb the neighborhood. Noise complaints may result in immediate cancellation. 5. No Parties or Events No parties, large gatherings, or events are allowed under any circumstances. Airbnb requires accurate use of space—violations may result in penalties from both the host and Airbnb. 6. Property Care Please treat the home as if it were your own. Do not rearrange or move furniture Do not flush anything other than toilet paper Clean up spills and messes promptly Report any damage immediately 7. Security Monitoring For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras may be in use. There are no cameras inside the home.

• Notes

  This is a quiet, residential neighborhood—please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 PM. The home is ideal for families, work crews, and long-term stays, but not suitable for parties or events. A starter supply of essentials is provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and coffee. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish supplies as needed. Monthly stays are welcome, and we’re happy to accommodate extended bookings. Garage fits one vehicle; additional parking is available in the driveway. No smoking and no pets, please.

• Access

  Guests will have full private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, backyard, and the one-car garage. Self check-in is available via a smart lock, allowing for flexible arrivals at any time after check-in. Additional driveway parking is available, and all spaces are for guest use only—no shared areas. Whether you're staying for a weekend or a month, you'll have complete control and privacy throughout your visit.

  A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around Baytown and the surrounding areas. The home offers free parking, including a one-car garage and additional driveway space. Located just minutes from I-10 and Hwy 330, the property offers quick access to Houston, Pasadena, and nearby industrial job sites. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available throughout the area, and grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations are all within a 5–10 minute drive. While public transportation is limited in Baytown, the central location makes it easy to navigate the region by car.
