You’ll have the entire 3-story row house to yourself. It is at the end of the row houses, so there are more windows than the typical Lancaster home.
Lancaster row homes are tall and thin, which means we do have 2 steep staircases. I would not recommend staying here if you have a hard time with stairs.
On the main floor, you'll find a well-stocked eat-in kitchen, a dining room with seating for 8, and a cozy living room with a TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A convenient half-bathroom with a washer and dryer is just off the living room.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a full-size bed, and a spa-like full bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a luxurious steam shower.
The third floor offers a versatile sleeping setup with a king bed, plus a twin bed and a twin trundle—ideal for families or groups.
Whether you're here to unwind or adventure, this space is designed to make you feel right at home.
The backyard is a lovely spot, fully-fenced in for pups and kids. In the fall, we sometimes have an overabundance of yummy apples from the large, mature apple tree.
Please note that we do not have on-site parking, but we do have easy access to free street parking around the clock. It is typically very easy to park right in front of the house. Please take note of the parking signs, because there are some restrictions due to street cleaning.
The whole house and the backyard are all yours (except the basement).

- The neighborhood can get a little noisy on the weekends with music and kids playing outside.
- We do not have on-site parking, but there is easy access to free 24-hour street parking.
- Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.
- Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance.
- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
