The spacious living room is thoughtfully divided into sections dedicated to the living area, dining area and an open kitchen. The snug living area under the sloped ceiling and a skylight has a large sofa, a pair of modern armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a nested coffee table set. The dining area on the other side of the fireplace has eight seats. The kitchen with wooden cabinets is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a range cooker, a toaster, an electric kettle and a fridge.

Bedroom 1: The spacious bedroom has a double bed under the skylight, an armchair and an attached bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom with an en-suite facility exudes warmth. It is furnished with a double bed and a single bed with a pull out single bed.

The nearest golf club is about 3 kilometers from the house.
