The Le Fontane residence is located in Villasimius, a locality located on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, characterized by long beaches of fine, very white sand and crystalline sea with a sloping seabed. Thanks to its position, you can easily reach some beautiful beaches such as the protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis.
Villasimius not only offers numerous attractions such as archaeological sites and museums, but also discos, clubs, picturesque shops and typical restaurants where you can taste traditional specialties and excellent local wines. The property is located a short distance (10/15 minutes on foot) from the town center and the Simius beach just 2.5 km away. The airport and port of Cagliari are about 50 km away.
The 43 apartments are located on the 1st or 2nd floor and have balconies equipped with tables and chairs. The apartment with 3 beds have a living room with kitchenette and wall bed, bedroom and a bathroom.
MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SPOT AT CHECK-IN:
1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and garbage disposal by the client or extra charge of € 50.00.
2) STAY TAX: to be paid on site, in cash, compulsory for the municipality of Villasimius. The amount varies depending on the period.
3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the state of the apartment. In case of departures outside the hours of the reception office, the security deposit may be

1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure, for the release of the KEY BOX code for the collection of the key. In case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.
2) FINAL CLEANING: BILO € 70.00; Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.
3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.
4) SWIMMING POOL: There is a shared, outdoor pool on site
