The Le Pavoncelle residence is located in the popular resort of Santa Teresa Gallura in a quiet location, just 800 meters from the town center, which is characterized by the lively piazzetta and craft stores.
The residence is about 1 km from the Rena Bianca beach, famous for its fine, white sand and incredibly crystal-clear sea; there are bathing establishments on the beach (whose opening of services is at the discretion of private managers) and diving centers nearby.
From the modern marina it is possible to reach nearby Corsica and the wonderful archipelago of La Maddalena Island. The town provides a public bus to the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata available from mid-June to mid-September, whose stop is about 500 meters from the facility.
The apartments are set in a small 3 floor building and are functionally furnished. The apartments have a living room with induction cooker, double sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom.
MANDATORY FEES TO BE PAID lOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:
1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and garbage disposal by the client or extra charge of € 50.00.
2) STAY TAX: to be paid on site in cash, mandatory for the municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura.
3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the state of the apartment. In case of departures outside the hours of the reception office, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (charges to be paid by the client).
TO KNOW:
1) Check-in from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm - check-out from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the property to issue KEY BOX code for key pick-up; in case of no communication, reception is not guaranteed and an extra charge of € 50.00 may be required.
2) It is specified that in this complex is carried out the separate collection and disposal of waste in special containers.
3) The apartments are located in Via Pertini but the reception is in Via Tibula 28 at the Residence I Mirti Bianchi
4) The apartments are located within a residential setting and the photos are explanatory.
