    Je voulais aussi vous dire que les canapés lit grincent enormement ! Passez le mot au propriétaire. Je ne sais pas comment des adultes peuvent dormir dedans.

    En arrivant on se rend compte que : - les anciens draps des canapés lits n’ont pas été retirés et que d’ailleurs il faut faire les lits (couette, oreillers...) seul celui de la chambre est fait -que le ménage a été très mal fait (lave vaisselle pas vidé, couverts encore sales rangés dans les tiroirs, tiroirs sales, ancien pain encore dans le grille pain et j’en passe, même pas un sac poubelle). J’ai payé un supp de 25 euros pour prendre l’appart à 14h au lieu de 17h car « on doit changer le planning de la personne qui fait le contrôle qualité » il est évident que personne n’a fait de contrôle avant notre arrivée. Ceci dit les filles de la conciergerie étaient sincèrement désolées et je les crois et m’ont proposé de faire passer qq un le lendemain mais j’ai refusé toutes nos affaires étaient déjà sorties et j’allais pas laisser les lits sales ni le reste d’ailleurs. Elles m’ont donc remboursé le frais de ménage Points - : travaux juste en bas sur 500 mètres (gros projet)

    Lage und Wohnung sind hervorragend. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderbare Aussicht. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

    Nous sommes parties à 4 dans ce logement et c'était super! La vue est incroyable, l'emplacement est parfait. Nous sommes très satisfaites de notre séjour.

    Votre manuel est compliqué et pas complet (code wifi par exemple ) (pour trouver l’appartement dans l’immeuble également presque impossible .. Ce serait bien si vous disiez à l‘avance que il faut chercher les clefs à 1km de l‘appart . Et la femme de service à sonner à 9/30 du matin … Mais bon tout le reste était top et je me plain pas . + je m’excuse une fois de plus pour avoir laisser la nourriture dans le frigots j’espère que la femme de service a au moins pu le prendre pour elle. Article 2: **Maximum Number of Travelers** 2.1 The maximum number of travelers permitted to stay at the premises is 6 travelers. This number includes adults, children, and infants. 2.2 Any addition of travelers beyond this number is prohibited without the prior consent of the host. Article 3: **Request for Exception** 3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of guests may be submitted in writing to the host at least 7 days before the arrival date. 3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or refuse the request based on accommodation capacity, local regulations, and availability. Article 4: **Respect for the Premises** 4.1 Travelers agree to maintain the cleanliness, order, and good condition of the premises throughout their stay. 4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited. Article 5: **Penalties for Non-Compliance** 5.1 Failure to comply with the limits on the number of travelers or to respect the premises will result in penalties, which may include, but are not limited to, financial penalties, immediate expulsion from the premises without refund, and/or legal action. Article 6: **Modification of the Rules** 6.1 The host reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Modifications take effect immediately after they are communicated to travelers. Article 7: **Acceptance of the Rules** 7.1 The reservation and stay at the premises imply full and complete acceptance of these rules by travelers. Article 8: Security Deposit 8.1 Deposit requirement: A security deposit is required from all travelers before occupying the premises. The host will provide a detailed inventory and supporting documents for the costs incurred to repair the damage, replace lost items or cover additional costs arising from non-compliance with the rules. 8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement over deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. These rules are established to ensure the well-being of all parties and respect for the premises. All travelers are asked to act responsibly and considerately during their stay. **Article 9: Eco-Responsible Commitment and Energy Management** 9.1 **Eco-Responsible Principles**: Travelers agree to adopt an eco-responsible attitude during their stay, particularly with regard to the use of heating, air conditioning, and other energy-intensive equipment. 9.2 **Rational Use of Energy**: Heating and air conditioning systems must be used in a rational and eco-responsible manner. Guests agree to: - Not exceed the recommended temperatures of 20°C in winter and 25°C in summer. - Turn off heating/air conditioning when they are not in the premises or when windows are open. - Use energy equipment only when necessary and in an efficient manner. 9.3 **Reducing the Energy Footprint**: Travelers are encouraged to reduce their energy footprint by turning off lights, electronic devices, and other equipment when not in use. 9.4 **Sanctions and Penalties**: Failure to comply with eco-responsible principles and energy management guidelines may result in financial penalties and/or other sanctions, depending on the extent of the overconsumption and environmental damage observed. 9.5 **Awareness and Training**: The host agrees to provide travelers with all the information necessary for eco-friendly use of the facilities and to encourage them to adopt environmentally friendly behaviors during their stay. This article aims to promote environmental awareness among travelers and minimize the environmental impact associated with their stay, thereby contributing to the preservation of natural resources and the fight against climate change.
