Big Bear has some very important rules for all short term rentals. You will must follow these rules or your stay will be canceled without refund:
1.) Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit: the occupancy is (8) adults for Lookout Lodge
2.) No parking on the street or yard and a maximum of (2) cars
3.) No amplified music 24/7
4.) Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm-7:00am.
5.) Maximum dogs allowed (2) w/ additional pet fee
No Parties! If you have more than the number of guests in your booking your stay will be cancelled immediately. The city takes this very seriously. - PLEASE NO SMOKING
