  -Stay in paradise in this 2 bed, 2 bath oceanfront cottage with private beach access perfect for family retreats, friend getaways, or a solo reset with sun, sea, and sand, your coastal haven awaits! -Step into a recently renovated space designed for a carefree and ultimate beach bungalow experience with everything you from a fully stocked kitchen with cooking appliances and snacks to fresh linens and towels -Whether it's a leisurely breakfast or a sunset dinner, savor moments of tranquility and connection with sand at your doorstep and outdoor dining area, lounging chairs, fire pit, outdoor shower after a day at the beach -No need to overpack; we've got you covered from beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and all the beach games so spend your days by the water, worry-free with endless beachside fun. Pets: We’re pet-friendly! Up to two pets are welcome per stay, with a $150 fee per pet. 🐾 Service Dog Policy At Roxy Rentals, we’re happy to host guests traveling with service dogs — they’re part of the experience too! If you’ll be bringing a service animal, please send us your documentation in advance. Once verified, there’s no pet fee for service dogs, as required by law. We do ask that you please remember: under local ordinances, service dogs can’t be left alone in the home at any time. This ensures their comfort and safety, and keeps our space in great condition for everyone. Thanks so much for your understanding — we’re glad to welcome you (and your four-legged helper!) to your Roxy stay. Refunds: All refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee. Guest Verification: For direct bookings and reservations made through VRBO: You will be required to complete our guest verification process and damage waiver through Truvi. For Airbnb bookings: You will be required to complete our pre-arrival form and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in.

• Access

  Unique code will be sent to you day of your arrival; this code is active on day of arrival and will deactivate day of departure. We have a parking spot available and can accommodate maximum two vehicles. Additionally you have private beach access on the Gulf.

• Transit

  Easy to get around this beach neighborhood with driving. Parking onsite is limited, so we encourage one car per stay, two is the maximum we can host on the site.

• Neighborhood

  Located right on Manasota Key Road, you've arrived at your own private beach oasis. A 15 minute drive to the West End of the Island, you'll find some great restaurants, live music and happy hour jaunts. Downtown Englewood is also just a short 10 minute drive aways to other great local shops, coffee spots and more great restaurants, wine bars and bistros. Book a boat trip, take your morning beach walk and immerse yourself among this lively beach community for the perfect sunshine getaway.
