Two kayaks to use after signing shorterm rental agreement before arrival at home. Must use a snug fitting life preserver when using boats. One kayak is for thin petite person and is competitive kayak...tips easier.
Comfortable living room with large screen tv, AppleTV, DVD player, music dvd's/wifi to download 2 watch Netflix etc. Local channels on tv. Cable TV extra $50/stay. Decorator redesigned living room in Feb 2023& layout is different than displayed.

Its so beautiful to hear the piano played here. Tuned once a year. If you are interested in having it re-tuned for you, there is an additional charge. Please inquire.

Very quaint historic boat houses to see about 3 miles away on pier. Highly recommended to stroll passed
Canandaigua Yacht Club - you can take sailing lessons &/or become a member - half mile from home!

About this property

Our wonderful year round lakefront home looks more like a NYC contemporary loft literally 30+-steps from the water's edge and 5 minutes to 45 restaurants, 4 groceries, theater etc.
Can you imagine a lovely family/romantic getaway w/clear water on a private waterfront, UR sizzling BBQ, kayaking/swimming/fishing from our dock, waking 2 sunrises, seeing full moons reflecting on the lake, starry nights/constellations/shooting stars, listening 2 the waves while sipping UR beverage lakeside&more!
Residential Lake District with local residents. Best to visit a home like mine on the lakeside of the road.
