This stunning brand new home is perfect for business travelers, families (with kids) and small groups looking for an comfortable and convenient place to stay. With the Falls, Clifton Hill, Skylon Tower, Fallsview Casino, Marineland, Fallsview waterpark and other attractions are 10-15 minutes away, this is the perfect place to enjoy Niagara Falls
Nearby restaurants, pubs and supermarkets offer delicious food and all the conveniences you could want.
Please note that furniture’s and appliance at this property are very expensive, extra care needs to be maintained. For any damage, guest is responsible to replair to original and/or replacement.
Drive way and Back lawn is not being completed due to new development. access is restricted due to work in progress.
Rules -
  • No smoking & no shoes inside the property
  • No Pets allowed. Any violation of pet rules leads to extra $500 charge.
  • No parties, No events, No fireworks, and No excessive noise inside or outside the property
  • Number of guests are restricted up to the listing count. No visitors beyond the total count are allowed even for short stay such as for a meal or BBQ.
  • Check in at 3pm and checkout is at 11am. If the property is available, exception can be allowed with an additional fee.
  • Follow the garbage rules. If garbage is left behind or not being sorted, $25 per bag would be charged extra.

If any of the house rules are not respected, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately, without the possibility of a refund.
