Rules -
- No smoking & no shoes inside the property
- No Pets allowed. Any violation of pet rules leads to extra $500 charge.
- No parties, No events, No fireworks, and No excessive noise inside or outside the property
- Number of guests are restricted up to the listing count. No visitors beyond the total count are allowed even for short stay such as for a meal or BBQ.
- Check in at 3pm and checkout is at 11am. If the property is available, exception can be allowed with an additional fee.
- Follow the garbage rules. If garbage is left behind or not being sorted, $25 per bag would be charged extra.

If any of the house rules are not respected, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately, without the possibility of a refund.
