We strive to provide a peaceful, enjoyable stay for every guest while also adhering to the strict short-term rental bylaws implemented by the City. These regulations are mandatory for all licensed hosts, and non-compliance can result in significant fines, demerit points, or even loss of our rental license. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, respectful environment for everyone.
1. No parties or events are permitted on the property no exceptions, thank you for understanding.
2. A maximum of 8 adults are allowed on site unless prior written consent is provided.
3. Please keep noise to a reasonable level, with no loud music outdoors after 10:00 PM (City bylaw).
4. No smoking is allowed inside the home.
5. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway (City bylaw).
6. Street parking is not permitted and is strictly enforced by the City.
7. PET POLICY:
Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome for a flat $110 pet fee for the first pet, and $50.00 for the second pet per stay. No more than 2 at any time please.
We kindly ask:
• Pets are never left unattended inside the home
• Pets stay off all furniture and bedding
• Guests clean up after their pets outdoors
8. For all reservations, if cancellation occurs, the processing fee is non-refundable.
A Cottage Guest Registration Form will be sent once your booking is confirmed. This must be completed and returned to finalize your reservation.
