The garden doubles as a living space. It is partly covered and includes a dining table, chairs and a jacuzzi. Next to this is the fitted kitchenette which is equipped with a cooker hob, fridge and kettle.
The garden next to the living area has sun loungers where guests can relax.

The main part of the cottage is fully enclosed and lined in wood. There are two single beds, reading light and a bedside table.
Bathroom
The luxurious marble bathroom is also completely enclosed and includes has a shower, basin and WC.

Location
Just a 30-minute drive from central Ljubljana, in the village of Sticna, the cottage feels like a different world. Sticna is in the Lower Carniola a traditional, unspoiled region to the south east of the capital. Guests can enjoy hiking and cycling through the beautiful countryside. Visitors are welcome to visit the Sticna Abbey (5-minute walk), the oldest monastery in Slovenia. The abbey has a well-known herbal pharmacy as well as pretty gardens.
The area is famous for its vineyards, which provide many wine-tasting opportunities. The city of Novo Mesto (35 minutes), on a curve of the Krka River, makes a fascinating day trip. Visitors can enjoy exploring the Medieval streets and main square. There are many activities for adventurous travelers including skydiving, rafting or canoeing, hiking and cycling. For something more relaxed, the area is known for its thermal waters and the spa town of Smarjeske Toplice is less than 35 minutes away.
For self-catering there are supermarkets and grocery stores in Ivancna Gorica (5-minute drive). The town has all the amenities visitors will need, including banks, restaurants and pharmacies.
