Discover the ultimate getaway at this newly built, contemporary lakehouse on the serene shores of Manson Lake. Designed with modern elegance and comfort, this luxurious three-story home blends natural beauty with refined amenities, creating an ideal setting for family gatherings and relaxation.

Spanning over 4,000 sq ft, the house offers plenty of room to spread out, featuring a main living room, a loft on the 3rd floor and walk-out entertainment basement with polished heated floor.

Sink into one of the multiple king-sized beds or make use of the versatile double bunk bed room (all cotton linen). Each bedroom has a water view. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor with an ensuite and walk out to patio. The lakehouse offers 2 full baths and 2 half baths.

At the heart of the home, sink into large living room with a sprawling stone gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the lake. Beside the living room you'll find the open-concept chef's kitchen with pantry that invites you to gather and create. Clean drinking water available through the in-filtration system.

Step outside to a beautiful 150 ft waterfront from the spacious deck or walk-out basement, leading to a level yard with a firepit.

Guests will have access to the entire grounds, home and waterfront.

Garage is not available for guest use and used for the owners storage. We also ask guests to not access the neighbour's properties and respect their privacy.

We are always available for any questions - simply message us.

Our lakehouse is surrounded by beautiful nature and animals, where we encourage our guests to embrace all of its wildness (including the bugs and critters)!

Manson Lake is a medium sized tranquil lake - speedboats would not be appropriate.

This is a 3-story home with two sets of stairs.

Depending on the lake level, deepness at the end of the dock can be between 4-5 feet.

No need to bring your garbage home - we take care of it for you!

In May/June there may be black flies and mosquitoes during the summer months. We provide bug spray but suggest you also bring your favourites!

Docks are pulled from water early November before the lake starts to freeze.
