A luxurious, contemporary villa which sleeps up to a maximum of 6 people in comfort. The Villa Dana is set on the hillside above the town of Opatija, with glorious views across Kvarner Bay. This property is a fabulous holiday retreat, private, comfortable and full of fun for all ages.
Every room in the house has a panoramic sea view and is flooded with natural light. The open-plan living room has a contemporary corner sofa, fireplace and large flatscreen TV. Large sliding glass doors bring the terrace, balcony and outside space into the house, so guests can enjoy the best of both worlds. There is a wooden dining table next to a large, state-of-the-art kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with both induction and cooker hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, freezer and coffee machine.
Connecting doors from the living room lead to an indoor swimming shared pool and sauna. The house also has a gym, with a sea view, and a games room, complete with a pool table and various games and activities which will appeal to all ages. There is also an outdoor shared pool, children’s play area with badminton and volleyball.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The corner master bedroom has stunning sea views from both directions, with glass doors leading directly onto a private balcony. The room has a double bed, flat-screen TV, a separate dressing room and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: An airy bedroom furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, which doubles as a laptop workspace, chest of drawers, French windows out onto a balcony overlooking the sea, and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Another bright and sunny bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, glass doors onto the balcony and an en suite bathroom.
Bathrooms
All 3 of the luxurious en suite bathrooms have a shower, basin and WC.
There is a 4th independent bathroom which also has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Set on a quiet road, high on the hillside, this villa makes a wonderfully private retreat but is close to some of the jewels of the Croatian coast.
The charming resort of Opatija (10 minutes) has attracted visitors for centuries. The Lungomare, seafront promenade, makes for a great sunset stroll. The town’s architecture reflects its 180-year history, with beautiful villas overlooking pristine beaches.
The city of Rijeka (30 mins) makes a fascinating day out. Croatia’s main port has plenty of interesting places to visit. For self-catering the market (Monday to Saturday mornings) is worth a trip. Here you can find local produce to prepare and enjoy back home.
