About this property

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a sleeper sofa and roll-out beds sleeps up to 10 guests. Perfect for family gatherings. The kids (and kids at heart!) will love the downstairs game zone, complete with a second kitchen and a nostalgic old-school arcade. followed by a swim or paddle off the private dock From grandparents to grandkids, there’s something for everyone. Making memories on the water, or battling it out on arcade games, this home is designed for fun and togetherness.
Guests will have the entire home to enjoy.
Guests will access to the entire home and private boat dock with the exception of the locked bedroom downstairs used as the owner's storage of personal items.
All communication with our guests are done via email. We do not have the ability to send large files such as lease agreements, driving or entry instructions via apps. Please be sure your email is updated and able to receive attachments.

  2. Red Bone Restaurant - in Kingston on Rt. 70 - very good - seafood and steaks, sandwiches like reubens also, not too pricey-in fact, reasonable for what you get
  3. Mama Mia's - good Italian restaurant in Kingston on Rt. 70
  4. Gondolier's Restaurant - good Italian restaurant next to Kroger's, Exit 350 off I-40
  5. Mei Wei Chinese Restaurant - next to Save on Groceries in Kingston - good Chinese, eat-in or carry-out

  7. Cracker Barrel Restaurant - I-40 to Exit 347

We are a rural community and have a sayin around here. " when the weather is coming in....the utilities and wifi may be going out". The good news, the weather changes every 15 mins so you will most likely get a wide variety of seasons during your stay!

    A condition of your reservation is that you agree to the terms of the lease agreement. Please review the agreement before booking. A week before arrival a written copy of the lease agreement with house rules will be emailed to our guest. Another copy can be found in the house manual available to reference inside the home. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home. All guests even children must be included in the occupancy count on the reservation. All pets must be approved and have paid the $250 per pet fee.
