    Other things to note Potential shared access to: Row Boat, Canoe, Paddle Boat, 5 kayaks including a double kayak. Over the years we have loved The Sprongs Bluff area, a small cove set into Lake Ontario, is remote and beautiful. We love that we have a huge lots, beautiful sunsets and LOTS of space. This little set of cottages are completely surrounded by NYS forever wild parkland. . This makes for great Canoe and Kayak trips into the Maxwell Creek area. Bald Eagles nest on the point and beauty and tranquility surround you. Nature is the star here and the lake a stunning backdrop. We hope to share with you!

    You may utilize the entire home and large grounds. Additionally hike the parkland hundreds of acres, directly out your back door.

  • Transit

    We are rural and you need a CAR here! Lots of opportunities to rent a power boat or charter a boat for a ride or fishing are all available, or use a small one from the cottage! We are about 1 hour from Syracuse NY and 1 hr from Rochester NY both have airports and many big city amenities.

  • Neighborhood

    Rural and lovely these cottages area tucked into a quiet little cove on Lake Ontario. Peaceful and rural we are blessed to be surrounded by parkland of Beachwood State Park. The main industry is fruit farming and farm markets dot the country roads. Beautiful and natural surroundings yet a short drive to Sodus Point NY a small port resort township. Easy to enjoy Sodus Points Sandy public beach, lighthouse museum, marinas for boat rental/or rides, and restaurants on the water.
