For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Public parking on the road. Bus stop "Cruce Pasito Blanco" 5 km. Please note: suitable for families. Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
