Discover three lovely bedrooms, designed for comfort and flexibility: one with a plush queen bed, another with a cozy full-size bed, and a third room featuring two queen beds – perfect for families or groups! Enjoy the added charm of a small casita nestled in the back of the property, all within our secure, gated lot. Each room boasts its own split AC unit for personalized, optimal cooling.
Just a 2-minute walk from the Mission Inn. The Saturday Farmers Market is located directly on our street. The Riverside Convention Center is also a 2-minute walk away.
There's plenty to do around here! Explore the Area Dining: You'll find a variety of food spots and restaurants just a short walk away. Culture: Dive into the local scene by exploring nearby museums and historic sites. Shopping: Discover unique treasures at vintage stores and other great shopping spots.
STREET PARKING ONLY – Nothing is assigned: Please park on the street using the provided parking passes and be sure to return them to avoid fines. GATE: Please keep the brown gate closed at all times to maintain privacy and ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

1. If the internet router or security cameras are unplugged during your stay, there shall be a fee of $1,000.

1. Strictly NO SMOKING of any kind inside the home or anywhere on the property grounds. A $300 fine will apply.

1. We love pets just as much as you do. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing any pets into the house.

The pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay. If there are any damages or excessive wear and tear caused by pets, an additional fee of $150 will apply.
Please clean up after your dog. This includes picking up any waste on the premises. As our outdoor spaces are shared, please keep your dog leashed at all times to prevent them from wandering off the property.
If there are any excessive damages or dog feces noticed around the house, a $300 fine per pet will apply separately.

1. A minimal fee of $30 fee per hour applies to early check-ins and late check-outs.

1. Please be considerate and polite to the other tenants on the property and keep noise levels down. Quiet hours starts at 10PM (Do not wander around the property late at night)

1. Extra guests: Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are allowed on the property. Extra guests will incur a $60 per person per night fee.

1. No Parties or Events: Our place is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Any violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal.

1. Any broken, missing, or damaged furniture will incur a minimum fee of $500. The final amount will depend on the severity of the damage.

Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24/7.
For nonemergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.
👉 There is an outdoor doorbell camera at the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. 👉 There is a monthly cleaning option available where a cleaner will come in and clean the common living areas. (applies to 30+ day stays only) 👉 We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper & paper towels. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay 👉 No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control 👉 Pets are allowed but will incur an additional pet fee
