Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Supermarket 450 m, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant, café 50 m, bus stop "Callao Salvaje" 600 m, sandy beach "Playa de Ajabo" 650 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Siam Park 13 km, Teide 59 km, Masca 30 km, Aeropuerto Sur 27 km, Playa Las Americas 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
