-Please note that we provide cleaning essentials only for shorts stay (guests need to bring whatever covers their need for a long stay)
We understand that accidents can happen. To give you peace of mind during your stay, we offer two protection options covering both you and the property:
1️⃣ Damage Waiver
For a small one-time fee, our Damage Waiver covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear throughout your stay. It provides coverage up to $85, shielding you from unexpected repair or replacement costs and helping to keep the property in excellent condition for you and future guests. With this waiver, you can relax and fully enjoy your stay without added stress.
⚠️ Please note: The Damage Waiver is non-refundable. Be sure to report any damages before checkout.
2️⃣ Security Deposit
Alternatively, you may opt to pay a refundable security deposit of $800 to cover any potential damages during your stay. If no damage is found, the hold on your payment method will be released after your departure.
⏳ Please note: Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.
Additional Policies:
Reservations accepted for guests aged 25 and older only
No parties or events allowed
No smoking on the premises
Pre-check-in via Enso form required, including contact info and valid ID
Security deposit of $800 will be held 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure, in line with Airbnb regulations
🐾 Pets:
Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet. To ensure a smooth check-in, we encourage you to pay this fee via Enso Connect prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation!
Trash Disposal Policy
To help us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you dispose of your trash in the designated bins and return them after collection. Proper waste management is part of our house rules, and a fee of $250 will apply for improper disposal or failure to follow this policy.
If, for any reason, you are unable to take care of the bins, kindly contact us in advance so we can assist you. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep the chalet beautiful for everyone.
