    Ky and his assistant were wonderfully responsive via text message and the condo is just beautiful. The condo complex is located in a very quiet, upscale, gated community. To enter the condo building, it is necessary to pass through additional security which, feels very reassuring. The building is well maintained. The condo is absolutely lovely and very well appointed. Each amenity seems to have been considered; water percolator, coffee, tea, toaster, panini press, and blender. The lighting in the space feels very intentional and warm. The space does not receive natural sunlight so the lighting really does influence the mood of the space in a positive manner. The entire space is incredibly clean and fresh feeling. The washer/dryer was also super efficient and felt to be a luxury here in Tulum. Highly recommend :)
